Maintaining happiness and peace
I sat thinking
;recollecting my experiences -the debates , conversation , open discussions, magazines about
what's the source of happiness?
We must keep ourselves
happy always irrespective of surroundings we dwell in. Its our mentality that makes
us to feel that particular thing or person is rendering us happiness or
trouble.
I am giving you simple experiences of mine; I had a boyfriend
who used to love me immensely and were committed for marriage and I announced
at my home to marry him, one day he said he can’t marry me, though my world was
broken to pieces after his declaration but I prepared myself to stand by it and
be happy with his decision.I compromised with his decision inspite of
attempting suicide, being lost in drinks, smoke etc, which the youth generally
does. I inspite of having many proofs to blackmail him and bring him back ,kept
quiet because love is not gaining someone ,it’s keeping that person happy with your
activities. And I started practising living without him and making myself happy
by thinking that he would be happy without without me and my company. “Love is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.”
Second instance happened
to me yesterday when my Director asked regarding
delay in submission of Reports, I replied that the printer cartridge was not
replaced and I couldnot ask my juniors to print the reports. When my Director
phoned the office boy regarding it; he blamed on me saying I have not asked for
it. But I being unshakeable kept quiet and did not respond to his roar. I maintained
my inner peace. If I wished I would have shouted at him and fired him , but if I
would have done that , my inner peace
would have been disturbed ;which I didn’t want. “It's been my experience that you can nearly always enjoy things if you make up your mind firmly that you will.”
So, friends we must
always maintain our inner peace equilibrium and must never allow anyone to
alter it. By shouting, reacting to
t
.Even when you are in
crowd , you may feel alone and even when you are alone you may feel special. So,
always keep yourself happy ;if even if
you are alone , your loneliness can be your be your best companion. Do those
things what make you feel happy ,provided that it must not disturb anyone’s
peace or happiness equilibrium.
Our utmost motive must be keeping ourself happy inspite of having
all reasons to be unhappy.
I would like to include few QUOTES :-
“For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness.”
